That would be the case if:
You want all your stuff be digital; if you want all your stuff to be behind and authetication wall; If you want to pay monthy in order to access all your games, If you want to not access your games when your ISP is going under mantainance; If you dont want to actually own the games you buy at retail.
XBO restrictions and options are bizarre. Don't deny it ;)
