Sounds like you're implying that a game can't have local multiplayer if it has online multiplayer already and vice versa. Uber false this is. MKWii is a perfect example, as it had simultaneous local and online play, showing that Nintendo is perfectly capable of this. So really there's no defending Nintendo's decision here. We'll just have to accept it was a bad move and move on unfortunately. |
Not saying local play can't co-exsist with online, just saying that people are more likely to behave themselves if you are both in the same room. Sorry if I was unclear.

Ah, ok then, though that's not necessarily true. I prefer playing online than with some of my friends as they're either too out of control or take things way too seriously. I can never seem to find a middle ground on the matter. =(
