Confirmed, if you are banned from xbl you lose all your games

You're kidding, right? What does Sony do if you pirate their games and get caught? Nothing?

 

You get banned in the PSN too.

But being banned of the PSN means that you lose the right to use the online part of the console, but you don't lose the games you bought.
