None of them need a reason. Its a personal protection for TOS. Just dont overstep your boundaries, but MS has taking games from people is an issue. Best part about the Playstation is that the system is made so you can play your games offline, including the purchased digital ones. Its the PSN Plus games that go and no one will really complain about that unless they didnt know the rules ahead of time.
