If I missed a rare game released on disc, then it's my own damn fault for not pre-ordering. I would then have to just download the game. I would have been hating myself for not pre-ordering the Last of Us special edition, because you can't buy it now. Good thing I did.. :P
I'm sure MS will change their policy down the road to accommodate for an end of life. It's all trial and error. If MS messes up, they will fix it. RROD extended warranties to 3 years.
What if I have a walking problem and it pains me to walk? And us Americans are lazy.. don't you know? :P
