XBox One is the primary target for hackers. They are going to hack the shit out of that console just to make their point clear. Several Anonymous people already said they are going to take out the network to try and force Microsoft to remove the online check.
The console itself will also get hacked. There is no secure system. The reason the Vita isn't hacked yet is just that there is no interest for it anymore. You see, everything a hacked vita could do can be done with smartphones. Back in the day with the PSP, that wasn't the case so you had a huge community. That community is a lot smaller today. The same applies for home consoles, there just isn't a real advantage in hacking them because everything that could possibly done can be done with other devices or just with the TV itself. Sure, you can't play pirated games, but hacking isn't about that anyways. Only very few hackers actually try to achieve that.
Microsoft gave hackers a very good reason to hack the console as well as their network. Even more with mandatory Kinect that has to be plugged in. They will have to deal with Anonymous and Chaos Computer Club at the very least. It's just sad for Xbox Players. Because they are going to feel very soon just what a 24-hour-online-check means. Have your 360 ready. Just saying.
As for the PS4, I see no reason to hack it just yet. But we all know that Sony is also really godd at fucking up things if they feel like it. At the moment, everything seems fine. But who knows what the future brings.
