Confirmed, if you are banned from xbl you lose all your games

CAG's recently change made the original post impossible(I guess) to look at it. Google doesn't help much because all link to the CAG's original post:

Basically, a guy was having a nightmare of customer service. M$ blamed him of hacking his own account, and when he complained, M$ blamed him of hacking his own account.

I don't remember much or what happened after that, but IINM there's nothing you can do about it.
