Than call customer support and get things sorted out. MS cannot just say no, the media will eat them alive and they would probably be breaking some law and get sued, since its so easy to these days.
God the people on this site surprise me more and more everyday. So inpatient and quick to point fingers and come to conclusion with any soild evidence.
