If they don t drop the price by Nov 2013 then Nintendo is plain obstinate. I already own a Wii U so the future price won t directly effect me- but I would def like to see the user base get bigger to attract more games- if the install base remains low even Nintendo will put less resources in the Wii U much less 3rd parties.

It really seems Nintendo is jut not that concerned w the Wii U- its like they wrote it off before it ever got going. They are pumping lots of resources into the 3ds and are proud of its performance- but they seem to be putting the bare minimum in the Wii U-

There is no question if I was in the market for a console today and had been considering a Wii u- this would be the news cause me to comit to getting a PS4- $50 more, a lot more value and a company that is clearly putting a ton of blood sweat and dollars into its future.
