I think the two people playing the same game at the same time will be only for coop multiplayer, like 2 people could play halo 5 campaign on coop with only one person owning the game but for a single player game like ryze you won't be able to play at the same time as the owner. They said that feature would be up to the developers. Also I don't think you need to be online for one of your friend to access your game but if you didn't connect for 24h they won't be able to due to the check in feature.
The one thing I wonder about is will you have to download the game or does it stream from the cloud? because downloading 50GB games would take way to long
