Fortunately there are a lot of games to fill out the waiting: Destiny, Witcher 3, Killzone SF, The Division, Watch Dogs, Infamous SS, Deep Down, Battlefront, The Order 1886, PlanetSide 2, TES: Online, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, Warframe etc.

Else just play it on PC. ;)

How can you tell to the OP for sure it will be up on PS4... Other than hoping and dreaming for it I did not see anything from Respawn or EA telling otherwise.
Just that they are "open" to the question which is way different than what you seem to imply.

The fact that they are "open" to the question shows that the game isn't a permanent exclusive. Microsoft probably payed for 1 year exclusivity on the title.
