Xb1 most definitely. Hackers are pretty much up for any challenge and I don't see a reason why they wont try to crack into the console. Wii U not so much other then to pirate the games. Same goes for the PS4.
I like to see what would happen if someone managed to break off all the restrictions of the xb1. possibly 2senarios (out of the top of my head); most likely to happen all at once.
1. People will start implementing the hack to remove all the said limitations
2. A lawsuit will occur
