At home I have 1Mb line with 512kb upload which costs £14.99 a month (~$30)
It's through Tesco Broadband, thankfully there is NO cap at all I could download forever on it for speeds of up to 128kb per second. As for this Rocket...well you would need a few of them to provide a decent service!
