They did announce beforehand that there would be no Mass Effect. That game probably won't come until 2015
I was disapointed by the lack of Vita games, namely a Final Fantasy Type 0 Vita port to bring it to the West or maybe even a new AC game or GTA San Andreas stories.
Other than that, all my plausible dream games were there! FF XV and KH3 announced by Square Enix and then Mirror's Edge and Star Wars Battlefront.
I know that Sony have studios with unnanounced games, but it is fine to spread those announcements out more
