Development costs aren't going to rise as much as before. In fact, they aren't going to change much at all. If a 3rd party wants to put their game on next gen, all they have to do is fiddle with their PC version, it isn't difficult
All I am concerned about is if sales of the PS4 and Xbone aren't enough, then developers might start turning away from consoles all together....
PS how can you contract PS4 and Xbox One? PS360 was so perfect
