About the tessellator...
I've seen tech demos with flames being procedurally generated using tesselation, compared to "standard" flames made with 2D animations they look much better of course and more three-dimentional.
Now I've just seen some videos of Mario Kart 8, and I do think flames coming out form exhaust pipes cold be made using tessellation. Do you agree?
