The Msft stock price responds more to the general stock market decline and gains because of the big position they are in. If Dow is having a bad/good day usually Ms does have a bad/good day too whereas Sony has its gaming component being a lot bigger in their company than the EDD division is to Ms? Dow and the nasdaq was down 1% yesterday which is a pretty huge drop and because of that Ms took a hit
