Right: The most games coming out for the Wii U and 3DS look very good, their trailers give a excellent view on how the games are going to look and what the developers were trying to do with them.
Wrong: Lack of variety and appearance of stagnation. Most people are blasting Nintendo because they feel the company relies to much on their family friendly cash cow franchises and "gimmick" features rather then trying to appeal to the now primary "core" Western gamers. The games they showed that are going to be released this year do little to dispelling that belief. Granted no doubt both X and Bayonetta 2 look great but both of them are 2014 releases.
With the PS4 and Xbox One coming this year, what they have set to be released may not be enough to push the sales of the struggling Wii U nor battle against some of the other companies exclusives. Nintendo announcing one original IP with a more Western flavor or one of their more popular ones in the West like a new Metriod, Star Fox or even Eternal Darkness they would be in much better position then they are.
