It seems people are blindly disregarding what Retro achieved with DKCR. Some people are even saying it could have been given to a B-Tier developer. Are you out of your minds?

Retro did what EAD never could. They made a perfect example of gameplay and presentation. The graphics, the animations, the level design, it was all high quality and very well done. The creativity was vast and it was a joy to play from start to finish.

Considering all the thought that went into this game, such as aweosme fan service and bringing ex-Rare staff (and now composers!), it's baffling to think this is a lazy cash-in.

No one could do it as well as Retro.
