Yes they hardcore but they either known about, ports, or rehashed mario games.

I want a FPS, a racing simulator, a mature fighter (not smash).

You can't get everything you want at the same time.

lol these are not even on the horizon for Nintendo.

And yes you can, look at the other two platforms, they got a WIDE spread of genres coming out.

Then go to those two platforms. If you're fine without what Nintendo has shown, good for you.

I, on the other hand, don't see any RPGs quite like X, or racing games quite like Mario Kart 8, or any fighting games quite like Super Smash Bros. on other systems, so I'm still getting a Wii U come hell or high water.

why should I have to go to another platform? If I been a long time gamer on a Nintendo platform I am allowed to be pissed of anf disappointed that they are not doing anything new.

I'm no giong to give them a free pass just becuase they are Nintendo.

Nintendo has done FPSs and mature fighters before. As for racing sims, I don't understand why you'd want Nintendo to do something that is so distinctly not Nintendo, but hey, Project CARS is coming to Wii U.

Just because they done them before doesn't mean they shouldn't do more. LIke how many platformers do we need seriously? Project Cars yes I know about it, but the fact we haven't really herd much about it since last year makes me wonder if it is still in the works or another dropped title to be added to the list.

In general it doesn't really matter, they need to be able to WOW al gamers not just the mario crowd with a sub par looking mario game because they needed to lock the camera to allow multiplayer.

ATM retro is doing sweet fuck all.DK is a waste of their talent (assuming they still got talent left in that studio and hasn't left for greener pastures).

To conclude, there is nothing on that system that will sell it beyond 30million atm in its lifetime. Which is dissapointing. All I can see is sales going further south with what we seen so far. They may as well give up on the WIi U next year and release a new console at the end of 2015.
