This was their plan once upon a time with Sony, but things broke down when squabbles over revenue sharing and executive egos on both sides got in the way. It's now 20 years later than they planned to do it, but I still think it's the right business move for them. |
Are you sure that, when Nintendo actually does it right (like with Wii, DS, and 3DS), they don't make tons of money off of their Consoles? They make these consoles, then make the games for them, then make profit because all of it their's.
Wouldn't you think it would be a good idea for it to stay that way? (For Nintendo's sake, anyway. I'm sure many people on these forums would like to see them fall and turn into a Third Party developer.)
