Right now it's an easy choice for me to go X1 only. They had much more exclusives at their conference. An interesting, diverse line up, and they're clearly committed to really hoping their first party content. Sony showed.....exclusives announced in February, and multiplats. Weak. I only play very few Japanese games, so again...not a selling point for me personally.

Price and DRM are non issues for me, but I do recognize that they are for other people, so I can totally understand anyone who might be leaning the other way.

Price was the deciding factor in why MS cut the PS2's dominant marketshare in half. Sony might be taking a large portion of the marketshare they created back. All MS had to do was level the third party playingfield and leave it up to the exclusives after that. The third party titles are the lionshare of the value in titles if you can get them exclusive. MS definitely pulled the wallet out for this.

I don't disagree. Regardless, I'll enjoy the X1, and probably buy a PS4 at some point down the road. Mayyyybe at launch if a bunch of my friends get it and wanna play Kill zone with me

I might pick up an Xbox One for Halo. No real major exclusives that blew my mind, but MS really took the wind out of Sonys exclusivity sails by getting KIngdom Hearts and FF XV. People in the west who like Xbox will appreciate it, but the Japanese will ignore it for sure. Kudos to them. Very, very nice.
