It makes sense. Both systems are running similar hardware and both are based on X86. It should be a simple porting job.
How it will sell though? Not great I would assume. Kingdom Hearts has been a big name on Playstation consoles and with SE re-releasing the previous titles exclusively for PS3 I do not see how the series momentum will shift in favor of XBone.
It is just extra sales at this point.
