you should consider that nintendo need to create some hype.
they will create some hype with mario/card and ssmb but that's not enough as the pk would only last 3 minutes.
They need more bullets for the PK today and that's the reason why the 3rd parties kept quiet about wii u -that's just my theory but i think you will see many of those games presented for ps4 and xbox another1 also on today on nintendo direct for wii u.
As "blocked used games" is no longer an excuse for Nintendo since the ps4 press conference there is a chance by 90% that i'm right.
