"I blame the Wii wheel" could be good. A hardcore gamer is losing to his mother who has never played a racing game before. He uses a Gamecube controller while his mom used the Wii wheel attachment.

EDIT: Of course they are playing Mario Kart Wii.

 I'll try that one after I learn to draw. Baby steps.
