I really hope they can pull something out the hat. My intention is not to burst anyone's bubble, but Mario, Zelda, Smash etc., I doubt is not going to have the impact some expect. Nintendo need to surprise people with something really new, not the same old franchises. These games obviously mean a lot to millions of people but I do not see journalist licking their chops over the same ole rehash on a weak system. At least the old franchises like Halo on the xbone is amongst the best eye candy available on a console so is worth talking about. I believe this is part of the reason nintendo is being ignored. We all know what we are likely to get. Where is the suspense in that? C'mon Nintendo. Give people more reasons to buy your console apart from Mario and Zelda and reasons why not to buy a $500 xbone or PS4 - whatever that price may be.

We almost didn't see anything innovative today so calm down. Most of the games shown today look like old experiences just with better graphics, I don't know how anybody can get super excited about it. (of cours there are special gems like the Ubisoft MMO)
