Yeah, it's crazy when you think about it.
MS seems very confident about themselves when it comes to pricing the Xbone, just like they did with X360 in this gen.
I can't imagine PS4 being less than $499 now. Like you said, more powerful and Sony needs the profit margins much more than MS does.
