People on Neogaf believe he's either Adam Sessler or Geoff Keighley. Either way crazy buttocks is basically the most reliable source on Neogaf, this guy has a lot of info.

Not sure about Keigley but Sessler is pretty crazy, I could see him doing something like this. I remember his twitter account being non-stop #pants mentions. Not sure why.
