I hope that they show Quantum Break gameplay and that it turns out to be a must have, that it's true Remedy quality.
I hope they announce a Fable MMO because I hate Fable. Since Fable has been the big obstacle for MS to invest in any other RPG, with Fable exploring the adventurous MMO space it could open room for a new first party RPG or adventure game.
I hope Ryse blows everyone away.
I hope they announce new IP that will fill the action-adventure space.
I hope they announce a new IP that is truly niche or truly hardcore. Like either a sophisticated "interactive art" or slightly pretentious adventure game, or a very difficult hack'n'slash, RPG, horrorgame or something.
