Not to beat a dead horse, but I hear the used game policy really ins't that bad. When you sell a game to a retailer, they will have the ability to clear the Gamertag attachment, so when you buy a used game in the store, you don't have to pay an extra fee to play it. So this really won't change the market that much.

However the One is controversial for more then just the used game fee, so what about the One is holding you off from buying one? Please NO FLAMING! If you want to make fun of the One, get out of here now, I really want to know, in all honesty, what's the biggest factor which is hurting the One now.

For me, it's the games. Nothing really stand out from the leaked list of games. Rare has yet to make a high quality game on a Microsoft platform, Kinect Sports doesn't count, so I can't look forward to a new Killer Instinct of Banjo Game. Forza and Halo, just come way too often, I'm no where near done Forza 4, and there's already a Forza 5? How many new cars have released in 2 years? Plus I'm just tired of Halo and Gears now, the plot ended at 3 for me, now Halo feels like an epilogue, and I can't imagine Gears being as intense as it used to be.

Then there is Quantum Break and Titanfall, two One "exclusives" which will either likely release on PC, or are already confirmed on PC.

Plus, there is Microsoft's history. I bought a 360 in 2007 thinking, wow look at all the games coming out. In 2010, those games stopped flowing. Even if MS blew me away with their list of exclusives, I can't trust that MS will keep the flow coming.

Also reliability is a big factor, my 360 broke 3 times, and a 4th time is coming soon, I want a system that can last an entire gen, no worries.
