No, you are using logical fallacies. What Sony has explicitly said is publishers can use online registration (online codes), that the ps4 can be enjoyed without an internet connection at all and that you can play used games... Really guys, it's all in the op...

It doesn't say anything about an online pass. It says that publishers can require users to register a game online in order to play it. Not just to play the online component.

The fact that you disagree with something doesn't inherently make it a logical fallacy.
