Yes, because they are misinformed or want to believe that somehow Sony is just as bad as MS when they've said since February and continued in May to say they had no DRM. They are going to go digital though, but unlike MS if anyone can continue the format race its Sony because they create hardware. Nintendo doesn't depend on digital either. People have not let go of their need to have a physical copy of their product with the ability to own the product and lend out or resell it at their leisure. MS forced the hand of the people and the people reacted, but then again...most of MS decisions with the 360 have been an omen of the future when it comes to consumer relations and I even called it and was called crazy. I tend to have a good eye for character in people, MS might not be a person but it is a company and they've never been any better than AT&T in my eyes, which is anti-consumer with monopoly in their sights at all times.
