I was not talking about loyalty.

MS caters to an americain audience much better than Sony.  All the features and games are centered toward western culture as opposed to Sony playstaion brand.

And again, they just gave the entire middle of America way to Sony on a silver platter with their online check ins. I don’t think you understand how bad the internet is in rural America. MS only did a good job because Sony made so many mistakes in the first few years of the ps3 life. PS2 had no problem keeping America on lock and it seems Sony is back on their game and MS is making all the blunders. 

Do you not think MS thought about that? They must have, its their job to know who they are targeting or not. The Xbox brand is stronger then the playstation brand in NA thats a fact. Sony's mishaps were the reason why the Xbox did a great job this gen and the damage is done. If sony is back in the game why isnt the ps3 outselling the 360 on weekly basis in NA today?

360 is cheaper, and 10 k difference is laughable.
