Shit, I'll bash playstation just as much as I've bashed MS for trying/considering implementing all of this ridiculous, "game dictatorship", bullshit. They want us to use our consoles exactly the way they want us. Instead of giving the player of choosing how to game, we got a bunch of old farts deciding everything for us. If I want to play completely offline, I should be able to do so without any sort of blockage, DRM, etc. If I want to manually switch the CDs without being forced to install anything, I should be able. If I want to lend MY game to a friend to let them play it, they should be able to play it without a single restriction.
Alas, MS and Sony want to make as much money as possible, just like any company would. It is such a stupid move though, on either side.
