I won't have a very original list, as people have already listed some of the best exclusives.
My recomendation list (exclusives, skipping MGS4):
-Uncharted series
-Killzone series
-Resistance series
-God of War 3 and GoW: Ascension (start with the latter) then HD collections if you would like the games
-Heavenly Sword
-Socom 4: US Navy Seals
-Demon Souls
-inFamous series
-Ratchet & Clank Future series
-LittleBigPlanet 2
-Heavy Rain
-Motorstorm series (you can skip the first two and go only for Apocalypse)
-Gran Turismo 5 Academy Edition (dirt cheap right now, you keep you enterntained until Gran Turismo 6 comes later this year)
