Mario kart and 3D mario are already confirmed to be playable at E3 and is one of their biggest franchises so these are a must. Plus iwata already confirmed at a conference that they will be released this year.
The other 2 games are harder to pick out. I'd say Lost worlds/or pikman and 101.
