Perhaps they are hoping that Sony will then be the ones to answer the difficult questions, and then they take the heat. Trying to call Sony's hand to some extent, cause they know the media will then turn the same questions to Sony. If Sony have any brains they will have that already figured out and have some good answers.
On the buying games for E3 show floor, I don't believe that to be honest with you. Whats the point in throwing lots of money around to just hear Sony the next day go, yeah product A is on the PS4 also.
