Doesn't really bother me, as I don't lend out my games to people. When I buy a game, it's mine, I have no intention of getting rid of it (at least not for a LONG time) and if other people want to use my copy of the game, I'll be present. If it's singleplayer, I'll just sign myself in alongside their profile, and then I can leave the room if I want to do something else while they play.
EDIT: to answer the question above me without double-posting...yes, your new X1 will still play your game, because your game is locked to your Xbox Live account, NOT to the hardware.
