I will only speak about the hardware bets as I am not keeping track of nintendo's software so they are completely unknown to me.
You will 99% win your bet with Brendude unfortunately. Vita won't come close to shifting 7,5m units this year.
You will 99% lose your bet with Conegamer. 3DS will not be the next DS it will not come even close to that number and won't ever explode like the DS did. So the discrepancy between both handhelds in the same time period will only grow.
So it is happening...PS4 preorder.
