Only because of the ending. That's like 1/20 of the game.
And on top of that has already been fixed with DLC.

DLC didn't fix ME3 ending, it is the same ending only expanded to show what was common sense.  The actual problems with the ending are all still there.

and the lack of actual choice is still there, because nothing you did in the 3 games is reflected as an important thing during the game.   BUT still the game on its own is really good, but sadly it disappoints in the premise of "choice" and 16 different endings :[
