I want the Jabu Jabu and Moblin dungeon they cutted out to be added in the game. If they don't fit with the story, then maybe include them after you beat the game the first.
Other enemies and dungeon initally removed should be included as well. Using the Wii U Pad for the Camera item and Tingle's tuner would be awesome and adding a Hero's quest/difficulty option after completing the game first would really add replay value.
The opening story scene should be skippable, too >_<
