Because it is purely a game database and everything is built from the ground up to do that as well as possible rather than just being tacked on to an existing site.

I just finished reading the entire op. I believe this is your best explanation of the matter so far. I now understand your vision and I'm actually more interested in Gamewise. You are right... Sometimes change is hard to accept especially when person doesn't have complete understanding of why the change is taking place. I'll actually give Gamewise a chance and I respect you for your work/dedication towards video game websites (you deserve that Mazzaratti, yes I still remember that post your car you drive thread and D21 pimping in front of his Explorer). You should give a shout out to oliist in your op for his contribution to the database on VGC.
