My full system scan came up with no results. Now that I remember, I've also had the issue where I close a Youtube video and the song continues to play (more like Rol described).
The issues do seem to only last for that session (i.e. turn the computer off, then on, and it doesn't re-create the issue). I guess it's just the browser acting up. If it happens again I'll try Soleron's advice.
