Meh, why not just allow a tie? PS3 vs Wii is the most likely scenario, so one person take one side, one take the other, and if it turns out to be multi platform, nobody wins and nobody loses, so nobody has to create threads or get banned... or alternately, you could make it so everybody wins AND loses. So both sides have to create the threads and then get banned.
