He hasn't been banned for it, at least not since Monthly Ban Reports started being made.

if he hasn't been banned for it, then one of two things happened, either he didn't do it, or nobody reported it. he and I used to butt heads regularly back when I was an active member and even then he rarely said anythingthing that warrented a ban. He came darn close, but never crossed that line.
