If this can happen, then how far off is the game division from being spun off too? Loeb isn't targeting it simply because it hasn't been that profitable for a while.

I think if this goes through, over time it would lead to Sony not being ... Sony any more basically. The electronics division is screwed if it can't piggyback off other divisions.
