Review roundup http://www.bluesnews.com/s/142107/nvidia-geforce-gtx-770-announced

2GB VRAM may cause some issues at higher resolutions going forward tho, with multiplatform next gen games. Tho probably not for a few years.

Not likely. There are many games that already need 2GB of VRAM or more for their maximum vanilla settings. Bioshock Infinite being one of the recent ones.

This really depends on the efficiency of the card... I am very positive that a GTX 680 does not need 2GB for Bioshock infinite. Something like BF3 or Metro and 1440p maybe...

It also depends on the resolution you're running the game.  Of course.

But let's say we stick to 1080p... With how games are right now, and with the arrival of UE4 just around the horizon,  I wouldn't be surprised if we reached the 2GB requirement over the course of the next 12 months.

Of course, I'm talking about maximum vanilla settings. Not modded.
