If you have the feeling that this is the definition of arrogant, I won't argue that. I say it is not arrogant as I think it is marketing-bs where every company is in a way arrogant - $ony, Nintendo, MS. I think it is especially unpolite but who cares anyway? Really, are you arguing that if I threaten you to kill you is "arrogant"? Really?
