Are Sony gamers just as big fans as Nintendo gamers?

Nah. I just like me games :) No need for silly brand loyalty, just as long as they bring the goods. I'll happily buy it.

But, I agree with your other statement about Nintendo. They live by their franchises and they wouldn't be the company as they are without them. Sony on the other hand can approach things differently each gen. Different strokes for different folks, I guess.

But you said you'd get bored as fuck playing the same characters, so he is right.
