Swing your arms like you really want to knock that bastard down, twist your body like you really are dodging punches, and keep your knees slightly bent, just like a real boxer. You get a great feeling of immersion and a fantastic workout to boot.

My only problem is that sometimes I get a little too worked up, and if I let the computer beat me I feel like breaking stuff. I'm kinda scared of myself when I get aggressive, I'm a pretty peaceloving chap most of the time.
